The Gimblett Gravels Vineyard Syrah from Craggy Range is a pure red wine from New Zealand with a strong violet colour in the glass.
The bouquet is worn with a spicyberry aroma – the focus is on boysenberry, freshly ground pepper and anise. The aromas of the nose are underlined by fresh herbs. The palate also enjoys juicy red berries. The body is perfectly balanced and harmonizes wonderfully with the subtle acidity. The tannins are accompanied by a mineral note. In the finale, this wine is wonderfully long and dry.
