A 15-year-old Bowmore was released in January 2007 from the legendary distillery in Islay. Matured in Sherry casks, leaving a rich sweetness that is perfect with peaty elements.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Dark and punchy. Sherry notes juicy Corinth raisins. Spices. Creamy, mochaccino, sweet dates.

Palate:?Rich, woody, pine oil. Syrupy. Lovely, creamy toffee and malt. Smoky.

Finish:?Spicy, toffee, sherry, barley.
