Description

Nose: Familiar herbaceous notes mixed with equally familiar dark fruit sweetness. A hint of ginger and rhubarb, too.

Palate: Rather festive at first, with cinnamon and orange. Hints of fennel and damson begin to take shape on the mid-palate.

Finish: Peppermint and black liquorice on the finish.
